1) Click File > Save for web. Save as a png 24.
2) Open the newly saved .png file.
3) Click Image > Image resize.
4) Un-check "Resample"
5) Change resolution to 300 pixels/inch.
6) If RBG change to CMYK (for printing purposes).
7) Click File > Save.
